Made in Germany, this case is made from GEWA's Air Shell which regulates temperature inside the case. This helps prevent damage and thermal shock to the instrument when going from very warm to very cold environments or visa versa. The Air shell also makes the case extremely lightweight at only 2.2kg.
It has a fully adjustable neck support that can accomodate any size viola, from 15"-16.5" (please check the measurements of the viola bouts before ordering).
The case has a comfortable leather side carry handle and padded backpack straps (with extra safety wires) for easy transport, a detachable accessories pouch for rosin, strings etc and room for 2 bows.
